Everyone says there are no free lunches. It’s patently false. It irks me that everyone has spent their early years eating free lunches provided by their parents and family members. Then they grow up repeating this drivel that there are no free lunches so that they can justify their cruelty towards their fellow humans and vilify the system that perpetuates the human race. Yes, the humane system that keeps these morons alive is the one that sustains and helps the helpless, and it’s not based on greed or capitalism.
